Taronga Zoo to Clifton Gardens

This morning a new beautiful flower had appeared in the garden...

This garden is great. It's a continuous source of surprises, considering it's shared with many other living beings...
This one laid eggs recently, so very soon there will be plenty of them.

This one was saving some food for dinner. It's huge and hairy! And it always makes her web again and again at the same spot, just on the way to get out. So you have to be careful when coming back in the dark.

Anyway... On the boat I was again, for another walk from Taronga zoo to the Clifton gardens.

I walked through a beautiful wood of gum trees...

They all have pretty weird shapes.

They loose their bark little by little....

and have bright red blood!

And guess who was hiding behind the leaves!?

This rainbow lorikeet was more curious than shy... Probably waiting for some food!

Back at the wharf, waiting for the ferry...

... and here we are, arriving at Circular Quay...
